In our first meeting, I will get to know you and guide you through a series of questions. Together, we will create some goals to work on in therapy. You don't need to have a clear picture of what your goals are, through conversation they will organically become apparent. All you need to do is show up and make the decision to put your mental health as a priority.

Relationships are hard. We are often not equipped to handle conflict and communicate effectively with our partners.
